ICES paper

I received an email message today from the ICES committee, and I realized that I have to start working on my paper again. I found the first draft of my paper, but I realized that all my time series data is on the laptop, so I need to get that organized. I also need to find the code for the Excel programs I was using.

But I found the first draft and the preliminary results. Things aren't as bleak as I remember them being.
